We’re a family-run agency, founded and run by twin sisters who grew up in the Bay. Between us we bring more than 30 years of experience in marketing and customer service — and a shared belief that selling your home should be a calmer, more personal experience. Katey As one half of the Twin Tide duo, I bring over a decade of strategic marketing and PR expertise into my role as a Property Expert. Since 2010, I’ve supported SME businesses across the South West with high‑impact campaigns, launch events, digital strategy and media coverage across TV, radio and major press. That experience has given me a deep understanding of how to position, present and promote something effectively — skills that translate seamlessly into helping clients showcase their homes to the right buyers.
I now apply that strategic, analytical mindset to the property market, combining clear communication, strong planning and a practical grasp of buyer behaviour. Whether advising on presentation, guiding a valuation or supporting clients through the selling process, my focus is always on clarity, confidence and achieving the best possible outcome. Having worked across manufacturing, retail, charitable organisations, local authorities and financial services, I bring adaptability, professionalism and a results‑driven approach to every home we represent.

Bio for Sarah Born and bred in Torbay, I bring a lifelong connection to the Bay and a deep understanding of its communities, neighbourhoods, and character. My career began in a very different field — one that taught me how to listen, support, and truly understand people. Those foundations shaped the way I work today: with calm confidence, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to helping clients feel informed and at ease.
As a Property Expert, I combine that people-first approach with extensive local knowledge to guide clients through every stage of their property journey. Whether arranging a valuation, preparing a home for market, or supporting a move, my focus is always on clarity, comfort, and making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Torbay is my home — and helping people move forward here is something I’m truly passionate about.
